Because You Deserve a Break—Without the Guilt

Let’s be real—you love your kids, but sometimes you need a moment to yourself. Whether it’s dinner with friends, a quiet night in, or running errands without a tiny entourage, Parents' Night Out gives you that time—without the stress.

Every Friday and Saturday from 6:30 PM to Midnight, The Gathering Place becomes a fun-filled, fully supervised space where kids ages 4–13 can unwind, get creative, and make new friends.

 

What They’ll Do:

  • Dive into hands-on art, slime-making, painting, and DIY projects

  • Build and explore with LEGOs, puzzles, and STEM kits

  • Join team games, obstacle courses, and friendly competitions

  • Dance to music, play freeze tag, and enjoy movement breaks

  • Relax during movie time in our cozy lounge

  • Create friendship bracelets, vision boards, and fun crafts to take home

  • Laugh, move, and socialize in a safe, inclusive environment

 

Dinner Is Covered:

  • Pizza (because it always wins)

  • Healthy snack (fruit, crackers, juice or water)

  • Sending your own food? We’re happy to warm it up.

 

What to Bring

  • Dinner is included, but you may also send a nut-free snack 

  • Please send a water bottle; filtered water is available for refills.

  • Blankets and pillows are welcome for movie time.

  • Be sure to label all personal items with your child’s first and last name.

Minimum Enrollment Policy

Parents' Night Out requires a minimum of 5 registered children in order to run. If we do not meet this minimum, The Gathering Place reserves the right to cancel the event with at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another night at no additional cost.
