Complete the Contact Us Form
Begin by filling our Contact Us form.
Schedule an Interview:
We will contact you to schedule an interview and tour with you and your daughter. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our learning community and for us to get to know your family better.
Are we a match? Receive Admission Decision:
After the interview, our admissions team will review your application and notify you of our decision.
Submit Application & Technology Fee:
Pay the $250 application and technology fee, which includes a Chrome book and necessary software.

Register with Maryland or DC or Virginia as a homeschool student. We will support you with this process. The Gathering Place is an official homeschool umbrella for the state of Maryland.
Membership Fees:
At The Gathering Place, we strive to offer a high-quality learning experience at a competitive cost. Our tuition and fees are designed to be transparent and inclusive:
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES
4 Days Per Week ​

Full-Time Monthly Fee: $800 per month
HALF TIME MEMBERSHIP FEES
2 Days Per Week ​

Half-Time Monthly Fee: $400 Per Month (Full-Time Fees begins September 2025)
Other Membership Fees​

Application & Technology Fee: $250 (Includes Chromebook, Software)​

Non-Refundable Deposit: $300, applied to the final month of tuition

Sibling Discount: 10% discount for each additional sibling enrolled
